I am a passionate and highly motivated Instructional Designer and Developer. I am knowledgeable in instructional design best practices and have strong organization, communication, and time management skills. I can help organize, plan, and implement the training needs of your organization.

My eLearning development process typically involves the following steps:

  1. Consultation: I work closely with clients to understand their learning objectives, target audience, and any specific requirements or constraints for the project.

  2. Design: I create a detailed design document outlining the course structure, content, and assessments, and seek client approval before proceeding to development.

  3. Development: I use authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline and Camtasia to create interactive and visually appealing eLearning courses. I also use multimedia elements such as videos, animations, and graphics to enhance engagement.

  4. Testing and feedback: I conduct thorough testing and seek feedback from clients and learners to ensure the course meets their expectations and effectively conveys the intended learning outcomes.

  4. Implementation: I work with clients to implement the training program, which may involve coordinating with subject matter experts, trainers, and other stakeholders.

  5. Evaluation: I conduct evaluations to measure the effectiveness of the training program and identify areas for improvement.

VILT

My VILT facilitation process typically involves the following steps:

  1. Preparation: I work with clients to understand their learning goals and objectives, as well as any technology requirements or limitations for the VILT session.

  2. Design: I create a detailed facilitation plan that includes activities, discussions, and assessments to ensure that participants remain engaged and achieve the learning objectives.

  3. Delivery: I use a variety of facilitation techniques, such as breakout rooms, polls, and whiteboarding, to create an interactive and engaging virtual learning experience for participants.

  4. Follow-up: I provide participants with additional resources and support, such as job aids and follow-up coaching sessions, to help reinforce the learning and transfer it to the workplace.
